Reigniting the visitor economy webinar series

Council are inviting local businesses to join a FREE three-part online webinar series aimed at businesses who have the visitor economy at the centre, to support this community through the disruption of Covid-19 and looking to the future.

This series will kick off on August 13th (and continue on three consecutive Thursdays) from 10am-11am.

Customer experience encompasses all the interactions between your business and customers over the entire duration of the relationship.

This session introduces these concepts and ideas, and showcases the journey, successes and challenges of two businesses who are on the frontline of the regional visitor economy and how they benefit from a customer experience focus.

Council talk through their current actions to support the local business community, alongside a wrap up of future initiatives and ways in which businesses can take practical steps forward.

The session will also bring together regional representatives of business focused organisations for a panel discussion.

Having trouble registering?
If you are new to the marketingentourage.online platform, you’ll need to create an account first, in order to register for courses. You can do this by clicking on the link above to register.

Once you’ve created an account, head to the top right and sign in, or click ‘My Dashboard’ if you are already logged in. You will see the ‘Glenelg Visitor Economy Webinar Series’ course pop up, and once you click ‘start course’ you can navigate the three different webinars using the menu on the left.

The course menu on the left will be populated with Zoom details shortly so you may join the live webinar on Thursday 13th August. Once you have registered, you will also receive emails from the me Three team, explaining how to use the technology and navigate through the platform.
