If you have a complaint about the quality of an action taken, decision made, or service provided by Council, its contractors or volunteers, we encourage you to complete the Customer Complaints Web Form or download the Customer Complaints Form.
Once the completed Complaint form has been received by Council, it will be handled in accordance with the Council’s Customer Complaint Handling Policy.
When completing the Complaints form, please be sure to include as much information as possible such as time of incident, contact names or any reference numbers. Any information to help officers identify the problem is beneficial.
