PUBLIC NOTICE - COMMUNITY GRANTS PROGRAM (Round 2) 2017/2018

Applications for the Community Grants Program (Round 2) 2017/2018 are open from Monday 4 February.

The aim of the Community Grants program is to assist community organisations and groups to undertake activities and provide facilities for the benefit of the residents of the Shire.

Grants are available in the following areas:
• Recreation
• Public Halls
• Tourism
• Arts, Culture and heritage
• Community Support
• Community Plan Support

Potential applicants should refer to the ‘Community Grants Guidelines (Round 2) 2016-2017’ to assess their eligibility to apply. All organisations and groups are strongly advised to discuss their projects with the relevant Council officer (refer below) prior to submitting their application.

The ‘Community Grants Guidelines (Round 2) 2017-2018’ and ‘Application Form’ are available for download and completion on line at https://glenelg.smartygrants.com.au/RoundTwo2017-2018.

Applications close at 5pm on Monday, 26 February 2018.
