C97gelg – Cutting Red Tape

What the Amendment does
The Glenelg Shire Council has prepared Amendment C97gelg to the Glenelg Planning Scheme.
The amendment proposes to cut red tape and streamline the Glenelg Planning Scheme by removing unnecessary permit requirements, consolidating and updating the planning scheme ordinance, and introducing local VicSmart provisions.

Land affected by the Amendment
The amendment applies to various parcels of land in the Glenelg Shire. A mapping reference table is provided at Attachment 1 in the explanatory report.

Submissions
Any person who may be affected by the amendment may make a submission in writing to the planning authority. Submissions about the amendment must be received by 24 February 2020.
