CFA Get Fire Ready

Next date: Monday, 19 October 2026 | 06:00 PM to 08:30 PM

Get Fire Ready events will be held across Victoria from October to 3 November, offering residents practical information and advice to help prepare for the bushfire season.

These community events provide an opportunity to learn about local bushfire risks, hear directly from CFA volunteers, and discover simple steps you can take to better prepare your household, family and property.

Whether you live in a bushfire-prone area or simply want to improve your preparedness, attending a local Get Fire Ready event is a valuable way to stay informed and take proactive action.
