Kindergarten Enrolments

Step 1.Prepare Your Documents

You will need to upload copies of the following documents:

• Immunisation History Statement from Australian Immunisation Record (AIR) (required)
• Child’s Birth Certificate (required)
• Any current concession cards (if applicable)
• Court Order (if applicable)
• Intervention Order (if applicable)
• Medical Management Plans (if applicable)

Step 2.Complete Enrolment Form

ALL families will need to complete the enrolment form linked HERE

Step 3.CURRENT FAMILIES ONLY

Current Families must log into their XAP account and ensure their child's enrolment is up to date and all information is true and correct. 

Step 4.XAP Enrolment (NEW FAMILIES & SIBLINGS OF CURRENT CHILDREN ONLY) - Create XAP Account

If you already have a XAP account, continue to Log in to XAP.

Step 5.Complete Enrolment Form

Once you login you need to hit the Wait list button to complete your enrolment.

Click Edit Enrolment and go through each tab, completing required information. You can proceed once each tab is complete with a green tick.

Ensure you select the program you wish to enrol in. Program days & times are subject to change. 

Once all is complete click Save.
