Kindergarten Enrolments

Step 1.Prepare Your Documents

You will need to upload copies of the following documents:

• Immunisation History Statement from Australian Immunisation Record (AIR) (required)
• Child’s Birth Certificate (required)
• Any current concession cards (if applicable)
• Court Order (if applicable)
• Intervention Order (if applicable)
• Medical Management Plans (if applicable)

Step 2.Create Account

If you already have a XAP account, continue to Log in to XAP.

You can also download the app from your devices app store and follow the below instructions on how to enrol.

Step 3.Complete Enrolment Form

Once you login you need to hit the Wait list button to complete your enrolment.

Click Edit Enrolment and go through each tab, completing required information. You can proceed once each tab is complete with a green tick.

Ensure you select the program you wish to enrol in (For Kathleen Millikan Centre & Portland Child and Family Complex enrolments you can select any day from Mon-Fri), and put in the correct dates for the following year (27 January 2026 - 20 December 2026) - it will not work without this. 

Once all is complete click Save.

Step 4.Complete Other Required Forms 

Families are required to complete the forms linked at the bottom of the how to guides and listed below. Your enrolment is incomplete and will not be allocated if these are not completed.

• Enrolment Declaration Form
