Storms and Floods can occur quickly and become hazardous. It is important to know what to do before, during, and after a severe storm & flooding event.

Thunderstorm Asthma

Thunderstorm asthma is a form of asthma triggered by thunderstorms when there are high amounts of grass pollen in the air, typically between October and December.

Heatwaves

Extreme heat or heatwave is a period of unusual and uncomfortable hot weather that could negatively affect human health.
