We are committed to improving and maintaining the appearance of Shire townships, particularly the vegetation within both urban and rural environments.
The Vegetation Management Guideline has been designed to guide and inform all internal and external stakeholders of the requirements for management of street and reserve trees covered by the Glenelg Shire Urban Tree Policy(PDF, 117KB) adopted by Council on 23 July 2019.
The Electric Line Clearance Management Plan(PDF, 1MB) was updated in March 2023.
It is updated in accordance with any changes in the Electricity Safety (Electric Line Clearance) Regulations.
