This hands-on hospitality workshop gives participants the opportunity to learn and practise basic skills in a real-life café setting. Participants will gain experience in customer service, food and beverage preparation, workplace communication and working as part of a team. The session is designed to build confidence, develop practical skills and provide an introduction to employment opportunities within the hospitality industry.
