Support Services Roadshow

The Carer Connect Service Provider Roadshow is about sharing the programs, services and resources available in our community.

It will be an opportunity for service providers to update clients and community members about new and ongoing services and for workers to connect and network with other organisations in the sector.

Each Roadshow will feature local service providers and have representatives from government services:

• Information displays and people to talk to.
• Helping you to connect to the services available in your region.
• Advice on available supports for you and the person you care for.
• Giveaways and activities for the kids
