Additional Information Sessions - Home & Community Care Services

Council has made an in-principle decision to withdraw from its role in the delivery of home care and community services in mid-2023.

We appreciate all of the valuable feedback we have received so far from the community, and we thank all those who have taken the time to attend one of our many information sessions.

We are providing further opportunities in the next week for the community to discuss this in-principle decision and to have their say before the consultation period closes.

Additional community listening and information sessions will be held across the Shire at the following times and locations:

Friday 3 February 2023

• Nelson Community Centre, 2pm – 3pm

Monday 6 February 2023

• Portland Fawthrop Community Centre, 1:30pm to 2:30pm
• Heywood Council Offices Large Meeting Room, 3:00pm to 4:00pm
