Notice of Temporary Works - Bentinck Street

Road rehabilitation and surfacing works will be occurring along Bentinck Street in Portland between Otway Court and Wade Street. 

These works will be conducted over a non-consecutive period of approx. 8 weeks between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm from 17/02/2025 to 11/04/2025 provided weather conditions allow.

These works will be conducted in two phases. 

1. Major pavement works will occur between Townsend Street and Wade Street over the 8 week period. 
2. Road resurfacing works will occur between Otway Court and Townsend Street commencing 18/03/2025 for approx. 4 weeks.

These timings are subject to change and the community will be notified should any changes occur. 

Affected residents will be further informed closer to the works date should your property access be impacted. Continued access to your property will be maintained and Mibus Bros’ traffic controllers will be present on site to assist when you require entrance to your property.
