Council is undertaking a live fire exercise on Saturday 24 June 2023 and as a result, some of our IT services will be unavailable.

This will impact:

  • Our Glenelg Libraries branches, including public PC access, public Wi-Fi, phone calls to the branches and Library software;

  • Our Visitor Information Centres, including phone calls to the Centres, public Wi-Fi and point of sale software;

  • Our Transfer Stations, including phone calls to the Centres, and point of sale software;

  • Our Libraries, Information Centres and Transfer Stations will still remain open, but please be aware that there may be some delays and/or some manual solutions offered to you on the day. You also will be unable to access the public computers at all of our Library branches.

We ask that in emergencies where there is threat to life or property, please call 000 (Triple Zero).

Some services may only be affected for a short period of time, and will try to best minimise the impact where possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
