To continue providing the service our community needs, it’s important that we ask our community how we are going.
Each year, Glenelg Shire Council participates in the Local Government Victoria led, Community Satisfaction Survey program.
In each quarter of the year, an independent market research agency on behalf of Local Government Victoria, interview a random sample of adult Glenelg Shire residents and ask them about their satisfaction with the services Council provides, in the following areas:
The survey helps Council identify which of its services or activities need to be improved. Council is also able to compare its performance with the average for other regional Councils.
The survey is conducted by an independent research company which randomly selects residents to interview.
