Casterton Town Hall Front

The Casterton Town Hall was built in 1936 and has since been used for many iconic events in the area. The Town Halls consists of a Main Hall with stage, Kitchen, Supper Room, Chambers and President’s Room.

Main Hall 

The Main Hall can hold 270 people seated downstairs plus another 180 in the Balcony.

Standing room is limited to 558 downstairs.

There are 20 tables and 196 chairs available for use.

The stage contains curtains both back and front plus the use of Lighting and Sound Equipment as well as an Audio Visual screen and roving microphone.

There are also Dressing Rooms backstage.

Supper Room

The Supper Room can seat just over 100 people.

Chambers

The Chambers contains 6 tables and 70 chairs, plus heating and cooling facilities.

President's Room

Attached to Chambers is the President's Room containing a kitchenette with a small fridge. There is a large table in centre of a  small room, which comfortable seats about 8 people.

Bookings for all areas can be made up to 12 months in advance.   Please complete a Booking Request Form to check availability.

To book the Casterton Town Hall please contact the Casterton Customer Service Team (all bookings require terms and conditions, risk management plan, & public liability). Payment for hire can be made over the phone or at the Customer Service Centre.
