About the Project
This exhibition forms part of National Reconciliation Week (NRW) 2026 and showcases winning artworks as part of the Glenelg Shire Council NRW Coffee Cup Artwork Competition.
Entries were independently judged by local cultural representatives and community members. Three winning entries were chosen based on the artists perspective on reconciliation, culture, and connection to Country.
Winning designs are featured on coffee cups in local cafes during NRW. Through public display, the project aims to foster understanding, respect, cultural awareness and connection across the community. Learn more about each artist below, including the meaning behind their design.
