Youth music festival a celebration of music and fun

Get ready to have some fun and enjoy the evening at Turn Up The Track on Saturday, 7 December.

This FReeZA event, designed for ages 15-25, will take place at the Southern 500 Speedway, Heathmere, from 3pm to 9pm, and you won’t want to miss it.

And to make sure you don’t, buses will run from Portland, Heywood, Casterton and Hamilton (and points in between) to the event.

Join us for a sensational lineup featuring up-and-coming artists from our local area and collaboration with The Alice Miller Project, including:

And headlining the night, get ready to rock out with Adelaide's all-girl indie punk rock band, Teenage Joans.

But that’s not all. Turn Up The Track isn’t just about the music.

Dive into an afternoon packed with thrilling activities, including:

• CBL 3x3 Basketball games and shootout competitions

• Mechanical Bull rides for the adventurous

• A giant slide to unleash your inner kid

• A decoration station for festival body art to express your unique style

Plus, fuel your fun with an array of delicious food options. Indulge in tasty treats from:

• Jen’s Brew Bar

• Jakita Fairy Floss and Snow Cones

Whether you’re a music lover, a thrill-seeker, or just in it for the food, Turn Up The Track promises a day full of fun memories.

Established in 1997 and developed in collaboration with young people and youth organizations, FReeZA enables youth to lead the planning and execution of cultural and recreational events while offering local musicians and emerging artists a platform to perform.
