Indulge in the savoury delights of the ocean at the Catch N Cook Stage of Hooked on Portland 2024. Immerse yourself in a culinary adventure as skilled chefs and seafood aficionados including celebrity chef Dani Venn guide you through the art of crafting fresh seafood dishes. Learn the secrets behind selecting, preparing, and cooking seafood to perfection while savouring the flavours of the sea.
