Submission to a Planning Permit

• To make a submission complete the online 'Submission to a Planning Permit Application' or lodge in writing with your contact details, planning permit application number and submission details:
  • via email to planning@glenelg.vic.gov.au or
  • in person at Glenelg Shire Council Customer Service Centres 
  • via post to Glenelg Shire Council, Planning Unit, PO BOX 152, Portland VIC 3305

• If you fail to provide your details the Glenelg Shire Council will not be able to advise you of any consultation or decision making forums or the decision regarding this matter.

• To ensure your submission is considered, it should be received by the due date as shown on the notice or website.  

• Council is collecting the information on this form in accordance with the Planning and Environment Act 1987. Council must make a copy of every submission available at its office for any person to inspect during office hours free of charge until a decision is made.
