Submission to a Planning Permit

To make a submission complete the online 'Submission to a Planning Permit Application' or lodge in writing with your contact details, planning permit application number and submission details:
- via email to planning@glenelg.vic.gov.au or
- in person at Glenelg Shire Council Customer Service Centres
- via post to Glenelg Shire Council, Planning Unit, PO BOX 152, Portland VIC 3305

If you fail to provide your details the Glenelg Shire Council will not be able to advise you of any consultation or decision making forums or the decision regarding this matter.

To ensure your submission is considered, it should be received by the due date as shown on the notice or website.

Council is collecting the information on this form in accordance with the Planning and Environment Act 1987. Council must make a copy of every submission available at its office for any person to inspect during office hours free of charge until a decision is made.
