C110gelg – 2023 Scheme Review Implementation
What the Amendment does
The Glenelg Shire Council has prepared Amendment C110gelg to the Glenelg Planning Scheme.
The amendment seeks to:
- Make administrative changes such as corrections, updating ordinance and references, and to align with the Ministerial Direction on the form and content of Planning Schemes.
- Implement the recommendations of the Planning Scheme Review 2023
Land affected by the Amendment
The amendment applies to all land within the Glenelg Shire municipal boundaries but does not make any map changes to zones or overlays.

Status
Council resolved to adopt the amendment at the 23 July Council Meeting. The amendment was approved under delegation from the Minister for Planning 26 August 2024 and came into effect in the planning scheme 5 September 2024.
