About FReeZA

The FReeZA Program is a Victorian Government initiative which provides affordable, accessible and safe entertainment events that meet the needs of young people aged 12-25. FReeZA events focus on engaging young people through the enjoyment of live music, dance parties and other cultural, recreational and artistic events.

Our aim is to cultivate innovation, creativity and team-building skills for teens and young adults whilst facilitating social connection and life opportunities.

Life Hacks Program

Introducing our FREE 5 Week Life Hacks Program!

This Life Hacks program is running Monday 12 August to Monday 9 September and aims to assist young adults ages 15-25 of all abilities in life’s everyday challenges whilst having fun and making new friends. Whether you're looking to learn about cooking for one, simple mechanics, self-care, or even basic self-defence, we've curated the ultimate toolkit!

 

No experience required!

 

Monday 12 August - Easy cooking class for delicious and affordable solo meals

Monday 19 August - A fun race to get know what your local businesses and services have to offer

Monday 26 August – Simple car mechanics to tackle everyday challenges

Monday 2 September - Self-care and defence techniques for boosting confidence and safety

Monday 9 September - Celebration lunch for attending any of the sessions above

 

Attendance to all sessions is not compulsory but would be beneficial.
