Fire Danger Period in Glenelg Shire

The Fire Danger Period is now in force in Glenelg Shire, from Monday 20 November 2023.
During the period Council will only issue permits to burn where approval has been granted from the Country Fire Authority.

You will find the park as you are heading away from Heywood towards Portland.

There are a couple of covered seating areas and some beautiful wooden play equipment which is in a sand pit.

There are also bins and a dog bag dispenser.

You can park safely right next to the playground so its easy to pull up close by without any problems.
