Local Port of Portland Bay

The Local Port of Portland Bay boasts various facilities and attractions, find out more see the links below.

Portland Bay Marina

The Portland Bay Marina is a floating marina for commercial and recreational vessels. The marina contains approximately 104 berths, all with power and water. It also has full-time CCTV and security access.

Trawler Wharf

The Trawler Wharf precinct is located at the Portland Foreshore and is 268m long and can berth around nine vessels, in addition, there are also fifteen separate floating pontoons.

Apply for a Berth

Portland offers a range of berthing options both for permanent and short-term bookings. Berthing options are available at our Marina, Trawler Wharf, and Swing Moorings. Applications for Berths can be made online.

Boat Ramps

Portland is well known for its exceptional recreational fishing. It boasts two Boat Ramps, ample parking, and state-of-the-art facilities.

Town Jetty

The new Town Jetty, provides all abilities access, designated recreational fishing pontoons, seating, and lighting. It's enjoyed by families and visitors, both day and night.
